A workshop using art, group activities, movement, and skills to improve how you feel and think about yourself. 

You will also:

  • Develop skills to help you chill when life gets too hard or stressful
  • Improve your confidence and ability to know and love yourself, just as you are
  • Learn how to reduce drama in your life and relationships
  • Learn how to better manage worry
  • Explore how your mind and body are connected
  • Have some fun with others also interested in wellness
