A workshop using art, group activities, movement, and skills to improve how you feel and think about yourself.
You will also:
- Develop skills to help you chill when life gets too hard or stressful
- Improve your confidence and ability to know and love yourself, just as you are
- Learn how to reduce drama in your life and relationships
- Learn how to better manage worry
- Explore how your mind and body are connected
- Have some fun with others also interested in wellness
